Why Don't We Accept Credit Cards On Our Site?
This is an easy one. Visa and MasterCard forbid SARM or SARM-like products from being purchased. They consider them "high-risk" and therefore do not allow merchants to process payments for them.
You may be wondering, "but I saw suchandsuch.com taking payments with card."
Correct. You may have. However, it's prohibited and WHEN they get caught, one of the penalties is a 10-year blacklist.
We offer many payment options such as, Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, Mail in Money Order.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: As you know due to the nature of this business it is impossible to get payment processing allowing credit/debit card use, we do how ever offer: cash app, zelle, & venmo.
Q: I paid, How fast do you process and ship orders?
A: Once your order is payed for please allow 24 hours for us to mark your order from "Pending" to "processing" meaning its ready to be packaged and dropped off at the post office. Tracking number will be sent via email. Orders ship Monday – Friday. Please note that our dispatch team is not available during weekends. Once order ships please allow 1-7 days for delivery.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: No sorry we do not.
Q: Some of my items received are Broken/Missing
A: Please send us an email us at email@example.com and include the following: Your name on the order, your order number, and a photo of the item/s that you received which clearly shows the issue.
Q: How can I cancel my order?
A: If you wish to cancel your order, simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org IMMEDIATELY. Once an order is endorsed for shipping, we can no longer make any changes or cancel the shipment.
Q: How can I return a product?
A: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for possible product degradation.
Q: Do you sell these products for human consumption?
A: NO, ABSOLUTELY NOT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION. Under no circumstance do we advocate the use of our products for human consumption and if we feel they are being used for an unintended use we will put the customer on a black list that is double checked before each purchase.
