FAQ's

Why Don’t We Accept Credit Cards on Our Site?

This one’s simple: Visa and MasterCard prohibit the purchase of SARMs or SARM-like products. They classify these products as “high-risk” and forbid merchants from processing payments for them.

You might be thinking, “But I’ve seen other sites taking credit card payments!”

That’s true — some do. However, it’s prohibited. And when they get caught, they risk a 10-year blacklist from payment processors.

We prioritize compliance and longevity. That’s why we’ve adopted alternative, secure payment methods to make your shopping experience smooth and worry-free.

Payment Methods We Accept:

  • Cash App
  • Venmo
  • Zelle
  • Crypto

If you have any questions about payments, don’t hesitate to contact us!

Q: What if my items arrive broken or are missing?
A: Please email us at apexlabsresearch@proton.me with the following information:

  1. Name on the order
  2. Order number
  3. Photo of the item(s) received showing the issue clearly

Our team will resolve the issue as quickly as possible!

Q: How can I cancel my order?
A: To cancel your order, email us atapexlabsresearch@proton.me immediately.

Q: How can I return a product?
A: Due to the sensitive nature of our products, we do not accept returns. This policy ensures the integrity and quality of all items.

Q: Are these products for human consumption?
A: Absolutely not!

Our products are strictly intended for research purposes only. Any indication that products are being used for unintended purposes will result in the customer being added to our blacklist. This list is double-checked before any purchase is approved.

Q: Do you third-party test?
A: Yes, at Apex Innovations Research, we take quality and integrity very seriously. All of our products undergo third-party testing to ensure they meet the highest standards of purity, potency, and consistency.

Our third-party testing process involves independent laboratories that specialize in analyzing research compounds. These labs rigorously test for:

  • Purity levels (≥99% for most compounds)
  • Potential contaminants or impurities
  • Conformity to the specified molecular structure and composition

We provide this extra layer of verification to give you confidence in the quality and reliability of your research materials. The results of these tests guide our production processes and ensure that every product meets our stringent quality requirements before it reaches your hands.

At Apex Innovations Research, we are committed to transparency and quality assurance, making your research success our top priority.

Q: Why does my product look different or seem different than last time?
A: It’s important to note that variations in the makeup and final extract of research compounds can naturally occur. This is why comprehensive analysis and rigorous testing are cornerstones of our quality assurance process.

Even when working with highly refined raw materials (≥99% pure), differences in color, texture, odor, taste, and even biochemical or pharmacokinetic properties can arise between batches. These variations are often the result of polymorphy, which involves differences in the crystal structure of a compound.

To illustrate, sand and glass share the same molecular composition (SiO2) but exhibit entirely different physical properties. Similarly, factors such as temperature changes, pressure, and the rate of reactants during synthesis can influence the final form of a compound.

Rest assured, such differences are entirely normal and a testament to the complexities of advanced compound production.

Q: Why did my product clump up?
A: It’s possible for products to crystallize (form flakes), precipitate (fall out of suspension), separate (form layers), or lose their homogeneity in other ways. The most common reason for these changes is temporary exposure to low temperatures. This can happen during transit, especially in colder months or in high-latitude regions, or if a product is accidentally refrigerated or frozen.

In some cases, this issue can also arise if a product is dissolved in a nonpolar solvent and remains undisturbed on a shelf or in storage for an extended period.

If you notice clumping, separation, or crystallization, this is usually a reversible, harmless phenomenon. To resolve it:

  1. Run the bottle under warm water (50–70°C) for 5–10 minutes.
  2. Shake the bottle vigorously to re-suspend and re-solve the product.

Rest assured, these changes do not compromise the quality or purity of your research materials. Proper handling and storage can help maintain the product’s consistency for your research needs.
